Hello!

    For most of my life, I have been drawn toward birth, babies, and women's health. While I served in perinatal support before motherhood, it was after the birth of my firstborn 11 years ago, that I knew for certain the transformative and powerful world of birth was my calling. 

   I worked as a certified birth doula for a number of years and am now a labor and delivery nurse, which means I have transitioned to solely postpartum doula work! 

  Every birth and postpartum journey I have been privileged to witness and support has been an honor and joy. 

   I believe that every woman has the right to individual choice, equality in access to care, and inclusive, humanizing, and empathetic support throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period.

  As a BEST Certified Doula, I’m here to provide evidence-based information, support, and most importantly, to build a relationship with you, and honor the knowledge and intuition you already have to birth and care for your baby. I am certified in trauma awareness for both birth and childhood trauma, and have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I am also ACLS and NRP certified.
